With separate sets of questions posed to the questionnaire's male and female recipients, including Balthus, George Bataille, Hans Bellmer, Roger Caillois, Leonora Carrington, Jacques Lacan, Meret Oppenheim, and Alain Robbe-Grillet. A remarkably well-preserved specimen; minor bump to upper corner, else fine.
