With dozens of Polaroids and collage works focused on the mythical presence of Hassan (Jerrold) Heiserman; a lifelong bohemian who once fascinated Allen Ginsberg and Jack Kerouac, and was then living in Alphabet City's legendary C-Squat, where he was lovingly known to Snow as Papa Smurf. This copy sharply graffiti-SIGNED by Snow to dedication page (as SACE-IRAK). Contents: [80] pages of color xerography on glossy sheets. Loose folded sheets, lacking original binding band. Minor creasing to wrappers; near fine. Scarce, with no OCLC records located.
