Donleavy's controversial expat novel, retrospectively described by the author as "celebratory, boisterous and resolutely careless mayhem." With "Special volume / Francs: 1.500" printed to rear cover. Published as Number 7 of the infamous Traveller's Companion Series from the Olympia Press, which Donleavy would ironically come to own in pursuit of his copyright. Iconic green printed wrappers, with some rubbing and minor creasing to spine, else near fine. Housed in custom cloth clamshell case with leather lettering piece to spine.
