Artist book produced in conjunction with an exhibition at the Centro Cultural Arte Contemporáneo in Polanco, Mexico City, held from October, 1990 through January, 1991. The book, printed by Xerox, contains reproductions of drawings David Hockney sent by fax machine from Malibu. The book contains many gatefolds, as well as grids that show how sequences of drawings could be assembled as larger drawings. During the late 1980s and early 1990s, Hockey was fascinated by both the aesthetics and radical dissemination possibilities offered by the nascent digital technology. Some shelfwear and mjnor soiling to the covers and page edges, small tears to the paper at the spine end spirals; very good+ in illustrated spiral bound, French-folded wrappers.
