Vienna: Galerie Krinzinger, 1992. First Edition. Octavo. SIGNED by Burden in blue ball-point pen with a sketch of an early iteration of the artist's last realized installation, Ode to Santos Dumont. In this version, that proved impossible to realize, two replicas of the Titanic are chained to and rotate around an Eiffel Tower constructed of Erector Set pieces. Burden's drawing includes the words "Zoom, Zoom" and arrows to indicate the doomed ships' circling of the tower. Artist's book published on the occasion of the important group exhibition of Los Angeles artists LAX, at Galerie Krinzinger, 1992. Faint cover wear, else fine in illustrated wrappers. Uncommon signed, especially so with a sketch of an early version of Burden's last realized installation.
