SIGNED by Smith on the back cover, dated, and numbered 8 of 12 copies in 3 colors of crayon. The book consists of a series of xeroxes on lined, yellow notebook paper and one xerox on white office paper. Nearly all of the images are of a set screw on the photocopier glass, with a short section midpoint, of the artist's hands on same. Short faint crease along the edge of the front cover, otherwise near fine in spiral-bound printed wrappers.
