Issued with an 8 1/2 x 11 inch color print, not signed as issued, ripped from the pages of the book (the trade edition lacks this page). An artist's book of appropriated images captured by Guyton off sfcrewcut.com.tumblr on January 13, 2013. The deluxe edition was not offered publicly. Fine in printed wrappers; print ripped at edge, as issued. Housed in a custom clamshell box with a special enclosure for the print.
