N.p.: Privately published, 1894. Unique photo album of thoroughbred yearlings in Germany. Oblong leather-bound octavo. Nine mounted photographs preceded by tipped-in pages with information related to the horses. Each image is shot in precisely the same location; an early example of a typological study. Hint of foxing (not to the images), a little worn at the edges with a small tear at the head of the spine; a very good copy in gilt-tooled beige leather.
